Brendo Wins the Open by One Shot
Brendo is the Open champion. A final round of eight under at Tropical pushed their cumulative score across six front-half rounds to 74 under, one shot clear of Rambidextrous at 73 under. The bandit finished third for the checkpoint.
Dave Chops fired the day’s low round, a nine-under 27, as the tournament now turns toward the Major with nine rounds remaining. Brendo carries a one-shot overall lead into the back half of the season.
